Turtle +EV Labs provides real-time expected value (EV) analytics, 3-leg power play recommendations, prop analysis, historical performance data, and related sports betting tools.
The Service aggregates data from multiple platforms including PrizePicks, DraftKings Pick6, Underdog Fantasy, and others to deliver predictions and insights.
To access certain features, you must create an account through our supported authentication providers (e.g., Whop).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription processed through Whop or other designated payment providers.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are governed by the terms of our payment provider.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

Not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools (bots, scripts) to access or extract data from the Service.
Not redistribute, resell, or share proprietary data, predictions, or analytics from the platform.
Not attempt to reverse-engineer our models, algorithms, or proprietary systems.
Not use the Service to engage in any illegal activity or violate any applicable laws.
Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

The Turtle +EV name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Turtle +EV Labs.

Upon termination for cause, you forfeit access to the Service and are not entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
